Ask for a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the parking lot and highway, ensuring a quieter stay.

Everything is really good here, had a good stay for holidays. The units are quiet, huge where my kids could play. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the location is comfortable. And it's 20 km from Redding Municipal airport.

Helpful staff but room had issues

The staff at check-in were super friendly. Our room was decent, just small and had some wear and tear. Nice breakfast area, and the pancakes were a hit with the kids! But, we were kinda bummed that housekeeping skipped us on the second day.

Modern hotel with hard-working staff. A nice size and brand-new rooms where my kids could play. Clean facilities there. Comfy and great location when traveling to Redding.

The staff were genuinely kind, both during check-in and check-out. The close proximity to a water park was a highlight for the kids, offering a fun outing just steps away. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable hair and stains that detracted from our comfort. The breakfast options could also use some enhancement to better cater to guests.

Easy assess off of the freeway. It was close to Simpson University and shopping.

It would have been helpful to have a little frig in our room.

The staff at holiday inn express redding north by ihg were cute 🤗, and the breakfast provided was quite varied, a lovely start to our day. Plus, it's conveniently located near shops and eateries.

the pool could use a little more cleaning.

Location (close to I-5)

The room was poorly cleaned. The towels were dirty and smelly. The keys did not work (After two attempts, the receptionist had to come up to my room with the master key to open it). He said he would slide a key that works under the door but it never happened. We packed up and left first thing the next morning.

Absoluty nothing and will never stay in a ramada again

Highway noise was unbelievable.room wasnt very clean and the staff (night shift im guessing)was lacking.
