Helpful staff but room had issues

The staff at check-in were super friendly, made us feel welcome right away! Our room was decent, just small and had some wear and tear. Nice breakfast area, and the pancakes were a hit with the kids! But, we were kinda bummed that housekeeping skipped us on the second day.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, offering them a great way to have fun during our stay.

the staff at holiday inn express redding north by ihg were incredibly welcoming 🤗, and the breakfast provided was quite varied, which was a lovely start to our day. plus, it’s conveniently located near shops and eateries.

I had such a fantastic experience! The King Room I stayed in was spacious, allowing my family to spread out comfortably. The views from our window were gorgeous

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for our large family, including three young kids. The indoor pool was a hit with them! Plus, there are awesome hiking/biking trails nearby for some adventurous fun.

The noise from the freeway can be a nuisance for light sleepers, especially during peak traffic hours. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, such as stained towels and a pooling area that could use cleaning. Housekeeping missed our room one day. not a deal breaker, but certainly an inconvenience.

Had a great time with friends exploring nearby Lake Shasta Caverns and enjoying trails for hiking and biking. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast had solid options too. It's right off the highway for easy access.

However, the noise from the elevator disrupted our sleep at night, which was quite annoying.

I had a good time during my stay. the breakfast had a large selection of items. The room was outstanding with a comfortable King bed and lots of space. The only downside was the air conditioner being inconsistent.
